[Recipe] Cah Tauge Bumbu Tiram

English: .... uhm... Tauge is bean sprout, saus tiram is oyster sauce, cah is... uhm... something like stir fry, i guess. So can somebody help me how to say this 'cah tauge bumbu tiram' in english??? How does 'Stir fry bean sprout with oyster sauce' sound?

For two persons
Ingredients:

  • 100gr bean sprout
  • 2 stalks of spring onion; chop
  • 50-100gr of minced meat
  • 3 garlic; crush and then chop finely
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbs oyster sauce
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 tbs fried shallot
  • salt
  • pepper
Instruction:
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the mince meat and continue to stir fry until its color changes.
  • Add the bean sprout and the spring onion. And then directly add the oyster sauce and sesame oil. Add salt and pepper, and then mix well. Continue stirring until the bean sprout become mild.
  • Remove everything from the frying pan and put it into a serving dish. Spread fried onion onto the cooking. Serve while still hot.
